Veganism is gaining popularity by the day. Many people have adopted the vegan lifestyle for different reasons. Some people do it to stay eco-friendly, some do it for health reasons, and some do it just for the challenge. Dairy farms contribute hugely to the greenhouse gas emissions, and aren’t very sustainable. Removing dairy from your diet will help in reducing the greenhouse gas emissions.
